1. About GafferSuite
GafferSuite is operated by Craig Fahey, trading as GafferSuite. It is an independent Fantasy Premier League decision-support service.

2. When these Terms apply
These Terms apply when you create an account, use GafferSuite or buy a 2026/27 Beta Season Pass. By creating an account or continuing with a purchase, you agree to these Terms. You must be aged 18 or over to create an account or make a purchase.
3. Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. Do not share access in a way that facilitates abuse, fraud or circumvention of paid access.
4. What GafferSuite provides
GafferSuite provides Gameweek Hub, Assistant Manager, Mini-League Analyser, Market, Player Analytics and News. Recommendations combine available historical and current FPL information with fixtures and practical squad constraints. They support your decisions: football outcomes are uncertain, and we do not guarantee points, rank improvement, winnings or any particular result. You remain responsible for every final FPL decision.
5. Your official FPL account
We use your public current-season FPL Entry ID and a temporary team-name verification challenge. We do not ask for your FPL password or reusable FPL login cookies or tokens. GafferSuite cannot submit transfers, select captains, change line-ups, activate chips or otherwise modify your official FPL team.
A verified Entry ID is restricted to one GafferSuite account for the relevant season to prevent misuse. Exceptional ownership corrections can be raised through support.
6. Free accounts
Registered free members currently receive Gameweek Hub and News. We may reasonably evolve free features, but will not misrepresent the service available when you use it.
7. 2026/27 Beta Season Pass
The current advertised price is £20 GBP. This is one payment, not a subscription, with no automatic renewal. It unlocks Assistant Manager, Mini-League Analyser, Market and Player Analytics for the remainder of the configured 2026/27 beta season. Access expires at the configured season end. Future seasons are not included and may be offered separately; future availability and pricing are not guaranteed.
8. Payment and activation
Stripe hosts and processes checkout. GafferSuite stores payment and entitlement references but does not receive or store your full card details. Access begins only after successful payment and authoritative entitlement activation from Stripe; returning from checkout alone does not establish paid access.
9. Cancellation, refunds and consumer rights
Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected. In addition to those rights, GafferSuite voluntarily offers a 14-day refund period for the 2026/27 Beta Season Pass. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@gaffersuite.co.uk. After 14 days, change-of-mind refund requests will not normally be accepted. This does not affect any statutory right to a refund, price reduction or other remedy. Deleting your account is not a refund request and does not automatically produce a Stripe refund.
10. Data and service availability
GafferSuite depends on public and third-party football information that may be delayed, incomplete, provisional, corrected or unavailable. The product is in beta: features may evolve and maintenance or outages may occur. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and beta status does not affect your statutory rights.
11. Acceptable use
Do not use GafferSuite unlawfully or fraudulently; attack or interfere with its security; use abusive automation, scraping or APIs; circumvent paid access or Entry-ID restrictions; attempt unauthorised access; or materially disrupt the service. We may restrict access in serious cases of security abuse, fraud, deliberate circumvention or unlawful use.
12. Intellectual property and independence
GafferSuite software, interface, branding and original content belong to GafferSuite or its licensors. Third-party names, trademarks, data and content remain the property of their respective owners. GafferSuite is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League or any football club.
13. Account deletion
You can delete your account in Account & Settings. Active profile and account data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy, while limited payment, accounting, security, abuse-prevention, legal, suppression and operational records may be retained. A deleted verified Entry ID may remain locked for the relevant season. Deletion does not automatically create a refund.
14. Responsibility and liability
Recommendations are informational decision support, and you remain responsible for your fantasy-football choices. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects statutory consumer rights.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the UK, this does not remove mandatory protections or jurisdiction available to you under applicable law.
16. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms for future use as the service or law changes. Material changes will be communicated reasonably and will not unfairly rewrite a completed purchase retrospectively. Questions, legal correspondence and cancellation or refund enquiries can be sent to support@gaffersuite.co.uk.
Craig FaheySuite 74580A Ruskin AveWellingDA16 3QQUnited Kingdom17. AFFILIATE PROGRAMME TERMS
Affiliate Programme Terms version 2026-09-25
Eligibility and participation
You need a valid GafferSuite account to apply. A free account is sufficient and Premium membership is not required. Applications are subject to review, and GafferSuite may accept or reject them consistently with these Terms and applicable law. Affiliate status is separate from Premium membership and does not create employment, partnership, joint venture or agency.
Promo codes, attribution and current rates
Each approved affiliate receives an authorised promo code. Commission is due only where GafferSuite can validly attribute an eligible paid transaction to that code under the programme rules. The current standard Premium price is £20.00, the current valid-code customer price is £15.00, and current commission is £5.00 per qualifying sale. We may change future rates, discounts or programme mechanics prospectively after reasonable publication or notice; this does not retrospectively remove commission already validly earned.
Qualifying commission and adjustments
Commission is retained only for valid qualifying transactions. It may be cancelled, reduced, reversed or withheld where reasonably justified by a refund, chargeback, reversal, cancellation, fraudulent or artificial transaction, duplicate transaction, self-referral abuse, manipulation or breach of these Affiliate Programme Terms. Refund, dispute and fraud controls remain authoritative.
Hold, monthly payout cycle and minimum payout
Commission is subject to a 14-day hold. Completing that hold does not itself cause immediate payment. GafferSuite currently processes eligible affiliate payouts on or around the 1st of each calendar month. Commission must have completed the hold and satisfied all other eligibility requirements before inclusion. Amounts becoming eligible after the applicable cutoff ordinarily carry forward to the next cycle.
The current minimum payout is £5.00. Eligible amounts below that threshold carry forward rather than disappearing. Payout timing may be affected by weekends, bank holidays, payment-provider processing, compliance or review requirements, technical failures and other reasonable operational circumstances. A displayed payout date is not a guarantee of exact bank receipt.
UK bank-transfer payout setup
You may accrue eligible commission before adding payout details, but GafferSuite cannot send earnings until you provide an account-holder name, UK sort code and account number. We use those details only to administer and send affiliate earnings. Format checks do not prove that an account exists or belongs to you, so you are responsible for keeping the registered destination accurate and current.
Payout details are stored in encrypted form with restricted operational access. A prepared payout retains an encrypted snapshot of the destination registered at preparation so that a later update cannot silently redirect it. An authorised administrator reveals one prepared destination only when making that transfer outside GafferSuite. Incorrect or stale details may delay payment and can require cancellation and re-preparation. Do not submit another person's account without proper authority.
Affiliate responsibilities
Promote GafferSuite truthfully, disclose your affiliate relationship where required and comply with applicable advertising, privacy and marketing rules. You must not use fraud, fake accounts, self-referral manipulation, artificial transactions, spam or unsolicited unlawful promotion; impersonate GafferSuite; make misleading claims; manipulate tracking; misuse GafferSuite branding; or bid on GafferSuite brand terms in a misleading way. Legitimate, lawful promotion is welcome.
Tax
You are responsible for determining and satisfying your own tax, registration and reporting obligations where applicable. Seek professional advice if needed.
Suspension, termination and programme changes
You may ask to leave the programme. GafferSuite may suspend or terminate participation for breach, fraud, abuse, material risk or lawful operational reasons, and may modify or close the programme prospectively with reasonable publication or notice. Valid outstanding eligible commission remains governed by the terms applicable when it was earned and remains subject to the normal hold, payout, threshold and verification requirements; later terms acceptance will not by itself confiscate that balance. Invalid, fraudulent, reversed or disputed commission may be withheld or voided as permitted by these Terms and law.
Relationship with the wider Terms
These Affiliate Programme Terms form part of these Terms of Service. Sections 10, 12, 14, 15 and 16 continue to apply. If there is a conflict specifically about affiliate participation, this section 17 prevails to the extent of that conflict. The governing-law and jurisdiction framework in section 15 applies unchanged.
